Qualifications:

  • College graduate or undergraduate of BS Interior Design with background in civil engineering

  • Preferably with background with finishing construction materials

  • Can build good relationships with clients

  • Able to negotiate agreements and keep records of sales data

  • With knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles

  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving a monthly sales quota

  • Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

  • Understands the communication needs of customer, and designs solutions to meet those unique needs

  • Designs, develops, and delivers sales proposals and presentations on company products

  • Generates leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone, cold call premise visits, networking, and industry events

  • Maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information

  • Update weekly status reports to Account Supervisor and Branch Head

  • Manage accounts' financial aspects (budgets, contracts, assist Accounting in collection)

  • Willing to do field work

  • Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Work Assignment:

  • Premier Interior Center

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
