
Sales Executive

Qualifications:
College graduate or undergraduate of BS Interior Design with background in civil engineering
Preferably with background with finishing construction materials
Can build good relationships with clients
Able to negotiate agreements and keep records of sales data
With knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving a monthly sales quota
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Understands the communication needs of customer, and designs solutions to meet those unique needs
Designs, develops, and delivers sales proposals and presentations on company products
Generates leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone, cold call premise visits, networking, and industry events
Maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information
Update weekly status reports to Account Supervisor and Branch Head
Manage accounts' financial aspects (budgets, contracts, assist Accounting in collection)
Willing to do field work
Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Work Assignment:
Premier Interior Center
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
