Job description

Manage and organize property data, leads, and communications.

Analyze potential opportunities by the use of comparable, verify property information, and rehab budget estimations.

Extract useful and accurate property data

Identify and evaluate potential investment properties.

Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about emerging opportunities.

Negotiating, writing, and executing specialized and complex real estate transactions.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree related to Real Estate

A licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus

Preferably with 2-5 years' work experience.

Knowledgeable in real estate law and regulation including right of way procedure is an advantage.

Should be willing to be assigned to different project sites from time to time

Strong planning, organizational, financial, written, oral, communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to job safety

Computer literate, especially on PowerPoint

Negotiation techniques.

Willing to start ASAP/IMMEDIATELY.

Willing to assign at Barangay Eden, Mexico, Pampanga
