What you'll be working on
As a Sales and Operations Administrator you will be processing orders, invoicing clients, processing shipments, following up inquiries from clients and suppliers and updating and maintaining customer records.
Success in this role requires attention to detail, a high level of organisation and coordination with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance.
You will
- Own the software and subscription renewals process and help maintain and improve customer contracts and relationships
- Maintain accurate information and address data anomalies by processing high integrity data in Salesforce for accounts, opportunities, customer contacts, renewal pipeline, and forecasts
- Use Salesforce to process quotes and subscription renewals and NetSuite for processing and billing sales orders
What we're looking for
- We're looking for a sales admin wizard with 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- You'll be proficient with Salesforce (CPQ) and NetSuite (preferred) or an equivalent ERP system
- A strong customer focus with good negotiation, and relationship-building skills and the ability to handle complex customer situations
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing are key. Additional skills in Mandarin or Cantonese language would be desirable but are not essential
- The ability to foster positive rapport with multinational team members in a global environment
