Job Description
Job Overview: A WPE Technician is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and overall maintenance of a facility. This role ensures that operations floors are safe, functional, and well-maintained, addressing both routine and emergency maintenance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues with int the office structure and systems.
- Repairs and Maintenance: Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems. This includes fixing faults, replacing parts, and ensuring all systems are operational.
- Preventative Maintenance: Carry out preventative maintenance tasks to avoid potential issues, such as cleaning and servicing equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and building codes.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities for future reference.
- Inventory Management: Keep an inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and order new supplies as needed.
- General Upkeep: Perform general upkeep tasks such as painting, carpentry, cablings, set up and alike.
- Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with building occupants and other team members.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in building maintenance is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, FDAS, UPS, civil works
- Typically involves working indoors and outdoors
- May require lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
Qualifications:
TESDA certification, technical skills (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) HAVC,UPS,FDAS,Genset
3-5 yrs relevant exp in a BPO setting
