Position Purpose:
Key Responsibilities- Food Order Processing: Coordinate and manage daily food orders for employees. Liaise with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Handle any issues or discrepancies with orders.
- Locker Issuance and Tracking: Assign lockers to employees and maintain an updated record. Track locker usage and handle any related issues or requests. Ensure lockers are in good condition and report any maintenance needs.
- Pedestal Issuance and Tracking: Manage the issuance of pedestals to employees. Keep accurate records of pedestal assignments. Address any issues related to pedestal usage and maintenance.
- Work Permit Processing: Process work permits for employees and contractors. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed. Maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Office Supplies Issuance: Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies. Issue supplies to employees as needed. Reorder supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Ticket Monitoring: Track and monitor tickets related to administrative requests. Ensure timely resolution of tickets and communicate updates to employees. Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Other Administrative Tasks: Assist with general office management and maintenance. Support workplace experience initiatives and events. Perform other duties as assigned to support the administrative team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or analyst role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
