Facilities Maintenance Professional

A skilled technician is required to perform various maintenance tasks in a facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep, repair, and overall maintenance of the facility, focusing on safety, functionality, and efficiency.
The role involves conducting regular inspections to identify and resolve issues with the office structure and systems, performing repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems, as well as carrying out preventative maintenance tasks to avoid potential issues.
To succeed in this role, you must have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess good communication skills to interact with building occupants and other team members.
In addition to technical skills, you must also have physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks. A high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in a similar role are preferred, but not essential.
