I. PURPOSE

The Social Media Specialist will play a critical role in enhancing the corporate brand's online presence and engagement across various social media platforms. This position is responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to promote corporate initiatives, engage with target audiences, and support the overall marketing and communications objectives of the organization.

II. Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with corporate marketing goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and customer feedback; respond to inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media and digital marketing.

III. Qualifications
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Competency: Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
