JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Communication Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in publishing content to big brand social media channels and social content optimization.

Special Skills:

  • Strong ability to critically analyze social media, digital products, video consumption patterns, and social media platform algorithms.
  • Detailed understanding and awareness of social platform trends, content formats, and language with an investigative mind that continually evaluates the changing environment.
  • Structured and well-organized individual with a passion for telling strong and authentic stories.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Delivery/aggregator channel marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

JOB DESCRIPTION

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Social Media (FB, IG, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube)
    • Strategize and plan for all social media content, which includes
      • Researching new trends and digital developments.
      • Scanning competitive content and identifying and developing strategies to grow product categories.
      • Developing monthly platform usage and content plan.
    • Manage non-core DQ product categories, including calendar and budget.
    • Coordinate with NPD to develop new products, packaging, etc.
    • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to grow delivery channels.
    • Coordinate content development with the Creatives team, including organizing monthly digital shoots (photo and video).
    • Generating monthly social media and digital reports.
    • Managing social response/community management.
    • Daily social listening and competitive scanning.
    • Influencer research, tapping, and coordination, including mining for UGC.
    • Create and execute tactical plans for hijacking trends on social media.
    • Report and analyze social channel health and campaigns to recommend improvements to existing community strategy.
    • Capitalize on global events and media trends in a timely and effective manner to take advantage of opportunities to develop social media engagement and brand awareness.
    • Build, maintain, and grow mutually beneficial long-term relationships with key members of the community and leverage those relationships in support of new product releases.
    • Measure the success of every social media campaign.

Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
