The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the BPO industry, with a minimum of 1 year in customer service. Social media moderation experience is also highly preferred.

In this role, you will be working closely with our partner brands to develop and implement social media engagement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to identify areas for improvement.

To succeed in this position, you must have excellent English fluency, both written and verbal, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and keen attention to detail. Additionally, you should be able to work in rotating shifts and be available to start immediately.
