JSK Hospitality is seeking a customer-focused and highly motivated Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner upon check-in and check-out.
  • Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures and ensure a smooth, efficient process.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding room rates, services, and hotel amenities.
  • Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person requests.
  • Process guest payments and ensure accurate billing information is maintained.
  • Provide guests with information about local attractions, dining options, transportation, and other hotel services.
  • Ensure guest requests, complaints, and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in maintaining the hotel's front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure an excellent stay.
  • Monitor and maintain security of guest information and property.
  • Lift, carry, and move luggage or other items as needed, with a requirement to lift up to 25+ pounds.
  • Assist with the preparation and management of daily guest reports and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed, including safety and emergency protocols.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and move items up to 25+ pounds (e.g., luggage).
  • Previous experience in guest services, customer service, or hospitality is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and team members in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel property management systems is a plus.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guest satisfaction.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 25+ pounds.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain energy levels during long shifts.
