This position is responsible by identifying and analyzing process inefficiencies. Its key functions involves execution of process improvement initiatives, conducting of research to develop fitted solutions, and tracking their effectiveness through defined metrics. Regular documentation review and auditing to maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency ultimately drive sustainable improvements and optimize performance for both Converge and its partners.

Skills:

  • Analytical Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and assess process inefficiencies
  • Project Management: With knowledge in project management principles and methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication for collaboration and reporting.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and consistency in documentation and metrics tracking.

Experience Required:

  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in process documentation/improvement, policy management, case management, or business operations.
  • Experience in the ISP or managed services industry is a plus.

Educational Attainment:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Certifications & others:

  • Preferably with process improvement and/or project management certifications: QMS, BPM, Yellow to Green Belt Lean Six Sigma
