Position Title: Sr Fullstack /Backend EngineerJob Type: Full-time

Schedule: Morning Shift; 7am – 4pm PHTSalary: Php. 80, Php. 100,000.00

As a Sr Fullstack/Backend Engineer: You will be a key contributor in designing and delivering robust, scalable software solutions that help our clients succeed. Working with a passionate team of developers, project managers, and stakeholders, you'll apply your technical expertise across the entire development lifecycle—from architecture and design to deployment and continuous improvement. JOB DESCRIPTION AS A SR FULLSTACK/BACKEND ENGINEER

Your Responsibilities as a Sr Fullstack/Backend Engineer:

• Contribute to the architecture and design of client solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

• Develop high-quality software using AWS, JavaScript/TypeScript ), and GraphQL/REST APIs.

• Maintain detailed technical documentation, diagrams, and specifications.

• Write unit and integration tests targeting at least 70% code coverage.

• Perform manual testing when necessary and contribute to robust test plans.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.

• Solve complex technical issues and support debugging during the project lifecycle.

• Contribute to and execute deployment plans, perform environment-specific debugging, and support rollbacks when needed.

• Occasionally provide technical support during pre-sales activities.

• Translate technical concepts clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Stay up to date with modern technologies and propose improvements to internal development practices.

• Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications as a Sr Fullstack/Backend Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• to 5+ years of experience in Backend or Frontend DevOps (depending on level).

• Proven experience in delivering complex software solutions.

• Strong knowledge of:

o   AWS (EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, API)

o   JavaScript / TypeScript / Dart

o   REST / GraphQL APIs

o   , , React Native

o   Headless CMS platforms

o   Microservices and Serverless Framework

o   Testing frameworks (e.g., Jest)

o   CI/CD pipelines

o   Database design and architecture

o   Experience working in Agile teams.

o   Exposure to mobile platforms (iOS/Android) is a plus.

o   Experience in an agency or consultancy setting is highly regarded.
