ADNOS CET Corporation is seeking an exceptional MEPF BIM Modeler to join our talented team. You will play a crucial role in our Engineering department, utilizing your expertise in BIM modelling and design to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and maintain BIM models for MEPF systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate mechanical and plumbing systems into comprehensive BIM models

  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, ensuring the successful implementation of BIM-based solutions

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our BIM processes and standards

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of 3-5 year technical course, preferably Drafting, Engineering Technology, or Mechanical Engineering

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in BIM modelling and design, with a focus on MEPF systems

  • Proficient in using BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and other related design tools

  • Strong understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems, including their design, installation, and integration

  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
