Structural BIM Modeller

We are seeking an experienced Structural BIM Modeller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and review of drawings with Team Lead and Engineers.

You will advise Team Lead for delays & changes (in scope) as early as possible. Ensure drawings are completed to the desired quality, programme & budget. Ensure work is done correctly and on time. Ensure all technical queries are released daily and work toward correct standards. Ensure job folders and progress reports are daily updated.

This role requires a strong understanding of 3D Modeling and experience in Autodesk Revit. You should have a degree in a relevant field or equivalent drafting technology diploma. Proficiency in REVIT and good communication skills are essential.

Key Requirements:
  • Relevant Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent drafting technology diploma
  • 8 years of experience in Autodesk Revit
  • Good communication skills
