Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical and electrical building systems.
  2. Translate 2D design drawings into coordinated and constructible 3D BIM models.
  3. Collaborate with MEP engineers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate model content and design intent.
  4. Perform clash detection and coordinate with architectural and structural models using tools like Navisworks.
  5. Maintain BIM documentation and model element libraries according to company and industry standards.
  6. Support the implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and project-specific modelling guidelines.
  7. Produce coordinated MEP construction drawings, diagrams, and schedules directly from BIM models.
  8. Assist in regular BIM coordination meetings and contribute to issue resolution and quality assurance.
  9. Ensure models are compliant with client requirements, industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650), and company workflows.
  10. Stay updated with BIM software developments and suggest workflow improvements.
