Main Responsibilities
  • Supports the associates and specialists enabling them to independently work from end to end by monitoring, organizing, and coordinating the resolution of blocking issues.
  • Effectively manage and monitor ticket queues using BI tools to ensure tickets are handled per defined timelines, correctly categorized, do not exceed thresholds, and are processed to quality standards.
  • Coordinate training on ticket management as needed.
  • Monitor and track client SLAs using BI tools; if SLAs are not met, collect root cause and action plan and follow up.
  • Utilize the hrX suite of tools as it relates to the scope of their team.
  • Undertake and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when issues occur resulting in client escalation, ensuring mitigating actions are implemented.
  • Support detection of deviations from contractually defined standard scope of service; follow Change Request and Defective Input processes.
  • Understand global standard processes and contractual scope of service for the team.
  • Detect and resolve inefficiencies in processes.
  • Support Specialist activities for specific accounts when needed.
  • Coach and develop action plans to maximize performance, provide effective feedback, and share business updates as appropriate.
  • Support recruitment, induction, onboarding, training, moves, contract changes and exiting processes, ensuring standards are followed and tracked.
  • Manage accesses on all applicable systems for the team and assist with logistical issues; ensure compliant use of all systems and company properties.
  • Perform performance reviews for the team in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
  • Support and manage the team to ensure SOC compliance.
  • Ensure team follows Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and other process documentation. Monitor periodic reviews and keep DWIs up to date.
  • Manage TRS and all time-related standard processes for the team (back-ups, shifts, holidays, absences, trainings, overtime, remote work, etc.). Inform/consult with the Operations Manager as required.
  • Manage schedule adherence, team productivity, capacity, and utilization.
  • Recognize and handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Support and adhere to security compliance procedures while managing security incidents as per process.
  • Coordinate and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain a professional environment, uphold business etiquette, and collaborate closely with the Operations Manager.
  • Liaise with other departments as appropriate (QA, Service Readiness, AS, reception).
  • Participate in other projects and activities compatible with their skills as needed.
Required Experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work independently while adhering to processes and procedures.
Education and Training
  • BA/BS in a business-related field such as accounting, Human Resources, Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing, or corporate environment.
  • HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge preferred.
  • People management experience for at least 5 years, with 5+ subordinates.
  • Desirable experience working with HR and payroll data.
