Responsibilities
  • Review insurance information and verify patient eligibility across various payers.
  • Send and respond to occasional emails regarding order statuses or account-related inquiries. Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with other administrative or RCM-related tasks as needed
  • Leverage internal systems and RCM software for data verification and task execution.
Qualifications
  • 6 months - 1 year BPO experience handling a Healthcare Account
  • Good working knowledge with Eligibilities and Intake
  • Good verbal & written English skills
  • Proficiency in using computer systems & relevant software
  • Amenable working night shift
  • Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati or Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
