We are seeking an experienced Tableau Analyst to join our growing organization. This candidate must be strong in Visual Analytics, providing excellent service and quality solutions. Any exposure to data exploration, data mining, and predictive analytics is a plus. The candidate should have a passion for creating powerful and visually aesthetic dashboards.

You must have exceptional English, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and be detail-oriented. You should also be self-motivated, enjoy "making things happen," and always seek to improve our processes within a great environment as a dynamic team player.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and support interactive Tableau dashboards using various data sources.
  • Recommend dashboard designs based on Tableau visualization features and requirements.
  • Deliver reports to the business team in a timely manner.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with the existing Account Manager and other Tableau Analysts to complete dashboards.
  • Support the resolution of reporting issues escalated by the Account Executives.
  • Have 2+ years of professional experience in building dashboards and scorecards using Tableau.
  • Possess hands-on experience with scripting and data source integration.
  • Have a full understanding of data quality, cleansing, and transformation processes.
Preferred (but not required) experience:
  • Ability to write SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Experience in end-to-end BI project implementation, especially in scorecards, KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
  • Background in software or web application development using tools such as JavaScript, Java, or Python.
  • Knowledge of formal database architecture and design.
  • Financial services experience is a strong plus.
Home Office Requirements:
  • Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps (must provide a screenshot of speed test).
  • A computer with at least 16GB RAM and an Intel i5 core processor or equivalent.
  • Noise-canceling headset.
  • Backup internet connection (prepaid home WiFi router or pocket WiFi) and power outage backup.
  • Dual monitor setup.
