QUALIFICATIONS

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizing and leadership skills
  • Must possess a positive trait such as; trainable, a team player, compassionate and can motivate subordinates.
  • Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
  • Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position
  • Work experienced in electronics/ appliances industry is an advantage
  • Must be willing to undergo paid training
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned that are within the scope of responsibility

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
  • Supervise, guide and motivate staff towards maximum performance.
  • Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store's reputation
  • Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
  • Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
  • Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
  • Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or display
