Join Tito Solutions as a Junior Business Analyst to assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements for successful project delivery.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in eliciting and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of process flows, business models, and system documentation.
  • Performing basic data analysis to identify trends and insights.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirements.
  • Assisting in conducting gap analyses to identify discrepancies in business processes.
  • Helping develop user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile projects.
  • Assisting in developing test plans and participating in user acceptance testing.
  • Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Preparing and maintaining project-related documents.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, including internships or entry-level positions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis tools like Excel or SQL.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
