Roles and responsibilities- Submit and track prior authorization requests.
- Follow up on prior authorization statuses to ensure timely approvals.
- Rebill denied or rejected claims with appropriate corrections or additional documentation.
- Monitor and ensure that all authorized services are appropriately reimbursed by insurance payers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of authorization approvals and claim status.
- Communicate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve issues affecting payment.
- At least 6 months BPO experience in any Healthcare campaign
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shift
