HR Professional | Sourcing and Recruitment Operations | Lead GenerationAbout the Role
As theAVP of Recruitment, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent. This senior leadership role requires expertise in strategic workforce planning, process optimization, team leadership, and stakeholder collaboration. You will ensure that our recruitment efforts align with overall business objectives while fostering an innovative, inclusive, and results-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a forward-thinking recruitment strategy aligned with business goals.
- Monitor industry trends, best practices, and market shifts to refine hiring strategies.
- Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand evolving talent needs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, coordinators, and sourcing specialists.
- Set and track key performance metrics to measure recruitment success.
- Foster a collaborative, results-oriented, and high-performance team culture.
End-to-End Talent Acquisition
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a seamless candidate experience.
- ChampionDiversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives in hiring.
- Leverage data analytics to forecast hiring needs and enhance recruitment effectiveness.
Process Optimization & Compliance
- Evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in all hiring activities.
- Manage recruitment budgets and resources effectively.
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
- Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to strengthen employer branding initiatives.
- Develop targeted recruitment campaigns to promote company values and culture.
- Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Stakeholder & External Partnerships
- Work closely with senior leadership to align recruitment priorities with workforce planning.
- Provide regular reports on hiring progress, market trends, and recruitment challenges.
- Build strong relationships with external agencies, universities, and talent networks.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale recruitment initiatives across diverse roles and industries.
- Strongstrategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellentleadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge ofrecruitment technologies, ATS platforms, and best practices.
- Exceptionalcommunication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience inanalyzing recruitment metrics and performance optimization.
