The Senior Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the overall operations of Hiring, specific to the assigned account. This role manages service delivery of his/her team, including the development and evaluation of an effective recruitment process. This role also conducts Account Management on a regular basis to continuously identify current and potential gaps and is able to recommend and implement appropriate actions to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Builds quality relationships with internal customers such as HR Business Partners/Managers, Department Managers, and Division Heads in understanding the requirements, potential challenges, and appropriate actions to deliver required service from the team.
  2. Implements strategies to ensure attainment of hiring goals of the Business Units both in areas of Timeliness and Quality.
  3. Ensures documentation of the processes and status of applicants; identifies gaps and improvements in the staffing process.
  4. Coordinates interview schedules with the hiring managers and ensures candidates are guided through the process.
  5. Prepares and discusses Job Offers for assigned accounts.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Preferably a graduate of Psychology or any Behavioral Science Courses.
  2. At least 3-5 years of actual work experience in the end-to-end Staffing/Recruitment process.
  3. Experience in Account Management is required for the role.
  4. Experience in interviewing and selection techniques.
  5. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
  6. Exposure to recruitment analytics is an advantage.
  7. Hands-on experience in online recruitment platforms.
  8. Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid work set-up).
