The Senior Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the overall operations of Hiring, specific to the assigned account. This role manages service delivery of his/her team, including the development and evaluation of an effective recruitment process. This role also conducts Account Management on a regular basis to continuously identify current and potential gaps and is able to recommend and implement appropriate actions to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Builds quality relationships with internal customers such as HR Business Partners/Managers, Department Managers, and Division Heads in understanding the requirements, potential challenges, and appropriate actions to deliver required service from the team.
- Implements strategies to ensure attainment of hiring goals of the Business Units both in areas of Timeliness and Quality.
- Ensures documentation of the processes and status of applicants; identifies gaps and improvements in the staffing process.
- Coordinates interview schedules with the hiring managers and ensures candidates are guided through the process.
- Prepares and discusses Job Offers for assigned accounts.
Job Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of Psychology or any Behavioral Science Courses.
- At least 3-5 years of actual work experience in the end-to-end Staffing/Recruitment process.
- Experience in Account Management is required for the role.
- Experience in interviewing and selection techniques.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Exposure to recruitment analytics is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in online recruitment platforms.
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid work set-up).
