Responsibilities
  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to present products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to address their needs and concerns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the company on market developments and client needs.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvements or new product offerings.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Plan and manage sales activities, including travel schedules.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support sales efforts.
  • Communicate client requirements and feedback to relevant departments.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences.
Job Requirement/s
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience in Sales is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Driving skills.
  • Willingness to do fieldwork.
