What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and top-tier guest experiences.
- Lead and motivate a team of servers, chefs, and bar staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service efficiency.
- Handle guest concerns and ensure personalized attention to dining preferences.
- Assist in inventory management, cost control, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Work closely with the food and beverage team to develop seasonal menus, promotions, and event setups.
- Support the transformation of the restaurant into a vibrant lounge bar in the evenings.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a restaurant, café, or hotel F&B setting.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills with a hands-on approach.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety regulations, and service best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evening shifts.
- Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a drive to create memorable dining experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Restaurant/Hospitality Management or equivalent Management Course.
