In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our restaurant partners and ensuring seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results.

Giving our guests a "Truly heartwarming experience" is our top priority. To achieve this, you will implement effective floor control, build strong relationships with customers, and monitor service quality and speed. You will also supervise customer complaints and service recovery, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff and schedules
  • Maintain quality control
  • Lead kitchen staff
  • Review daily store performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field
  • At least two years of experience as a Management Trainee or Shift Manager
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
