ROLE OVERVIEW

Project In-Charge directs, manages and leads the assigned scope of works of the projects assigned to him/her. Helps in the implementation of the Project Operational Plan, Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan and Project Construction Safety and Health Program.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies

  • Coordinating and supervising the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

  • Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and communicating updates to the Project Manager and broader project team

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality regulations

  • Collaborating with the design team to review and interpret construction drawings and specifications

  • Preparing and presenting progress reports, cost analyses, and other project-related documentation

  • Controls project costs by monitoring and regulating jobsite expenses;

  • Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing jobsite accomplishment and reporting to management;

  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulation

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a Project In Charge in Civil, Foundation, Structural works or similar construction management role

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from inception to completion

  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional stakeholders

  • Proficient in Auto-CAD, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint Presentation, Word etc.)

  • Able to create and provide Project Schedule or Gantt Chart.

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

  • Willing to assign in Pasig/Taguig

  • Must be a Licensed Engineer

  • Can start ASAP.
