Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and decision-making support
  • Oversee and maintain treatment protocols, patient safety, and medical quality standards
  • Supervise and guide the multidisciplinary team (doctors, nurses, medtechs, etc.)
  • Serve as the key medical liaison with global insurance providers and agency partners
  • Lead and coordinate in cases requiring urgent intervention or crisis response
  • Ensure the branch complies with PEME, maritime, and industry regulatory standards
The Successful Applicant

Candidate Profile

  • Senior licensed physician with specialization in Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in PEME or maritime medical settings
  • Proven leadership in multidisciplinary clinical teams
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative management style
  • Committed to clinical excellence and operational integrity
  • Replacing the current Medical Director stepping down due to health reasons
