Job Description Medical Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute the medical affairs strategy aligned with corporate objectives. Provide scientific and medical insights to support product launches, marketing initiatives, and patient access programs. Key Opinion Leader (KOL) & Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals (HCPs), regulatory agencies, and industry partners .

Represent the company at scientific conferences, advisory boards, and medical forums . Lead scientific discussions, clinical education programs, and medical training for internal and external stakeholders. Compliance & Regulatory Oversight Ensure all medical and promotional activities comply with local and international healthcare regulations .

Serve as the medical expert in regulatory submissions, pharmacovigilance, and risk management. Lead internal medical governance, compliance audits, and ethical review processes . Cross-Functional Collaboration & Commercial Support

Work closely with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, Commercial, and R&D teams to drive evidence-based decision-making. Provide medical insights to support sales, marketing, and product management teams in developing scientific messaging and engagement strategies. Offer medical training and scientific guidance to commercial teams to ensure compliant and impactful interactions with HCPs.

The Successful Applicant Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent) ; board certification in Infectious Diseases, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Cardiology, or related field is preferred.15 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, or Medical Leadership within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry . Strong knowledge of clinical research, drug development, regulatory requirements, and pharmacovigilance . Proven ability to engage KOLs, scientific communities, and regulatory authorities .

Experience leading medical teams, cross-functional collaborations, and compliance initiatives . Excellent communication, scientific writing, and leadership skills . What's on Offer Competitive Compensation Package
