About the Role

Kickstart your career in finance and business development We're looking for fresh graduates of Accountancy who are eager to grow in a dynamic and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. As a Business Development Manager – Finance, you'll be trained to manage financial strategies, customer accounts, and profitability while learning how to bridge finance and sales.

What You'll Do
  • Learn to develop and implement financial and customer plans
  • Get hands-on training in Profit & Loss (P&L) tracking and AR reconciliation
  • Work with business development teams on trade activities and budget management
  • Join store visits to understand trade execution and in-store strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on financial accuracy and growth
What We're Looking For
  • Fresh graduates of Accountancy (CPA preferred but not required)
  • Valid driver's license for 4-wheeled vehicles (required for fieldwork)
  • Analytical, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Open to onsite work + fieldwork exposure (20–30% of the week)
