Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of Treasury projects, including but not limited to cash management, working capital optimization, and process improvement.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project proposals, including data gathering and cost-benefit assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Sales, and IT) to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, escalate issues, and recommend solutions as needed.
  • Participate in agile squads and other cross-functional initiatives that require Treasury representation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Project Management roles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with ERP systems and project management tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to work onsite.
