About the Role
  • Acquire an understanding of payment processes and treasury functions.
  • Respond to queries in a timely manner and ensure all items are actioned as expected.
  • Communicate relevant information to colleagues within the team.
  • Ensure that all information pertaining to a customer is retained within the pertinent file.
  • Complete tasks daily in a timely and effective manner, escalating outstanding items to management.
  • Provide support to the payments team by contacting global banking partners in relation to incoming and outgoing payment transactions.
  • Authenticate documentation and transaction information.
  • Organise treasury meetings, set agendas, and circulate meeting minutes.
  • Maintain effective communication between the treasury department, internal departments, and counterparty banks on ad hoc treasury and reporting projects.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
  • Diligent, conscientious, organized, and accurate.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively with colleagues.
  • Treat company resources, processes, and people with respect, honesty, and integrity.
  • Fluent in English, portraying practical examples.
  • Experience working in a customer service/business role.
  • Understanding of the regulatory environment pertaining to money transmission businesses in Ireland.
