About Our Client

A leading player in the gaming and licensing space, working closely with third-party partners and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance, efficiency, and sustainable business operations.

Job Description

  • Act as primary contact for assigned B2B accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party accounts
  • Set clear timelines, guidelines, and processes for all stakeholders
  • Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate meetings with complete agendas and follow-up actions
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions, processes, and compliance requirements
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations by all parties
  • Prepare and coordinate reports related to integration, issues, and revenue
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for partner-related issues
  • Facilitate problem-solving and recommend solutions to management
  • Coordinate and participate in compliance-related on-site post-audit activities
  • Support management directives and facilitate training sessions
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by senior management

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field
  • At least 4 years' experience in account management or similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and productivity tools
  • Experience in gaming, gambling, or with PAGCOR an advantage
