
Major Account Executive

As a Major Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the General Manila area. You will play a critical role in driving sales volume, enhancing in-store presence, and building strong relationships with customers to achieve business objectives. This role requires fieldwork, travel, and close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage major accounts in the General Manila area.
Conduct regular fieldwork and head office visits to acquire an in-depth understanding of customer needs, preferences, and market dynamics.
Deliver sales volume targets and ensure a strong in-store presence through effective merchandising, promotional activities, and category management.
Prepare sales forecasts, plans, and strategies to achieve business growth and maximize market share.
Collaborate with internal and external customers to deliver excellent customer service.
Efficiently manage channel budget investments to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or any related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in account management, handling GMA supermarkets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical, presentation, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
Valid driver's license.
