Responsibilities:

  • Manages and develops the BSOs assigned to ensure that Key Result Areas (KRAs) are met or exceeded.
  • Establishes, maintains and grows relationships with the Branch head and other key bank employees, ensuring regular contact and communication through regular meetings and other means to support the achievement of the area production target.
  • Handles reporting, planning, and administration, including budgets and management information.
  • Conducts market analysis.
  • Provides training, coaching, monitoring, and assessment of Bancassurance Sales Officers.
  • Closely coordinates and monitors daily activities of BSOs, including following up on accounts for closing and reporting all activities to Region Head and/or Sales Head on a daily basis.
  • Identifies performance gaps that need focus, determines opportunities for BSO improvement, communicates specific development directions for individuals, and encourages positive changes in behavior.
  • Works closely with marketing partners and other operational fronts for resources, connections, authorities, information, and opportunities that BSOs might need to perform fully.
