The Property Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic management of multiple villages within the development. This role ensures operational excellence, financial efficiency, and high-quality service delivery. The Property Manager oversees staff, contractors, and vendors while maintaining strong relationships with residents, stakeholders, and the Board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations across assigned villages.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, collections, and reporting.
  • Supervise and develop staff and service providers to ensure performance standards.
  • Implement policies, procedures, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Address resident and community needs with a customer-focused approach.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management and the Board.
  • Ensure risk management, crisis response, and long-term asset preservation.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5–7 years proven experience in property or village management, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in financial oversight, budget control, and collection efficiency.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
