JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting the sales officer to achieve the overall volume target of the team and to deliver customer satisfaction, provides reports that are relevant for both external and internal clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the checking of individual loan application in the portal prior to forwarding to Credit

    • Review of all returned / rejected loan application forms; preparation of memos, daily turn in and status reports for clients.

      • Update status report for company contact person sent either via email and call out.

        • Responsible in handling client queries pertaining to the loan application. (queries, complaints, loan status, follow-ups)

          • Monitors accounts regarding releasing, refund, payment, posting, approvals, renewal status and other concerns.

            • Interact with the current sales organization and departments in pursuit of overall customer satisfaction.

              • Do call outs to clients, companies, or branches

                • Prepares & maintains MIS reports pertaining to turn-ins, bookings and other relevant data.

                  • Performs other duties & functions that may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Years of Work Experience: 0 - 1 Years of experience

  • Educational Attainment: Bachelor's Degree

  • Field of Study: Commerce, Finance, Accountancy, Banking

  • Job Specialization: Banking and Financial, Sales-Retail
