What We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Real-Time Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) for various programs are met. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency.

What You'll Accomplish

  • Manage call volume, daily attendance, and program break schedules to ensure optimal coverage.

  • Assist in the creation of key metrics and targets for service levels.

  • Work closely with the operations team to analyze and enhance delivery processes.

  • Generate ideas for process and service improvement planning.

  • Produce daily, biweekly, and monthly internal reports for key stakeholders.

  • Use trends and reports to forecast requirements and optimize workforce allocation.

  • Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Year 1 Deliverables

  • Develop and implement real-time monitoring systems to track SLA adherence.

  • Improve reporting accuracy and automation, reducing manual reporting efforts by 30%.

  • Identify and recommend process improvements that lead to measurable efficiency gains.

  • Enhance collaboration with operations teams to optimize scheduling and forecasting.

About You

  • You have advanced-level Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency in formulas and data analysis.

  • You have experience in workforce management and real-time analytics, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.

  • You are highly detail-oriented and accurate in data handling and reporting.

  • You are capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

  • You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative with minimal supervision.

Bonus Points

  • You have experience with VBA macros or other automation tools.

  • You have a background in forecasting and scheduling optimization.

  • You have previous experience working in a high-growth startup environment.

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across teams.
