Overview

Olly Olly is hiring a Digital Operations Manager (Web, QA & Design) to lead a team spanning web support, quality assurance, and design. This role is about managing delivery from end to end: making sure client websites and digital assets are completed on time, to spec, and at the highest standard of quality.

As Digital Operations Manager (Web, QA & Design), you'll be responsible for building and refining processes, enforcing deadlines, and coaching your team so that every project runs smoothly. You'll work closely with leadership to balance workloads, improve workflows, and keep quality high while moving at the pace our clients expect.

We're looking for a manager who can blend operational discipline with people leadership — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, spots gaps before they become problems, and motivates a cross-functional team to deliver consistently strong results.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze team performance and project data to identify opportunities for improving delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the SEO and Digital Marketing Director to enhance workflows, launch new initiatives, and ensure website production supports overall marketing strategy.
  • Partner with leadership to spot risks, remove roadblocks, and keep projects on schedule.
  • Review and refine the output of the QA, design, and web support teams to ensure error-free, on-brand client websites and digital assets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team of 10, setting clear expectations, managing workloads, and fostering accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, digital marketing, and client-facing teams to ensure client deliverables align with business needs and drive measurable results.
  • Actively contribute to Olly Olly's culture by providing regular feedback, sharing best practices, and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and standardize processes to ensure smooth project delivery and high-quality client outcomes.
What We Really Need From You
  • 5+ years experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations, overseeing delivery and quality of digital assets.
  • 2+ years managing remote, cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience with QA and website delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Proficiency with WordPress (themes, plugins, CMS workflows), including testing new features on both the front and back end.
  • A keen eye for design and content QA, ensuring websites are visually consistent, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
  • Figma fluency — ability to read and assess design files to ensure pixel-perfect, accurate implementation.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders to align outputs with client goals.
  • A proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, with a proven ability to enforce deadlines, manage processes, and elevate team performance.

  • Project & Workflow Management: Jira, Asana, Confluence, Slack, Clockify.
  • CRM: HubSpot.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, SEMRush.
  • Website Platforms & Hosting: Pressable, Bluehost, GoDaddy.
  • Other Digital Production Tools: Facebook Business Manager, Social Pilot, Canva, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grammarly.
