Duties And Responsibilities
  • Leads the team of case pickers and loose pickers in performing their tasks.
  • Delegates tasks to case pickers, loose pickers, UPC checkers, weighers, packers, pre-checkers, and routers.
  • Oversees the entire operations of case pick, simple and loose transactions, and pre-checking for both aircon and ambient environments (from loose pick to routing).
  • Ensures items, quantity, batch number, and handling units are picked accurately in the specified location as dictated by the system.
  • Verifies that the "This Side Up" position in packing has been followed.
  • Ensures shipment labels for full cases, license plates for case picks, and handling units are printed and properly affixed.
  • Confirms accurate weight capture during weighing activities.
  • Ensures proper staging of picked loose boxes and full cases as dictated by the system.
  • Ensures DO references are written on the picked full cases.
  • Monitors the output performance of each agency-based employee.
  • Assists in investigating discrepancies such as lacking, excess, or wrong items served, and resolves them through process improvements if needed.
  • Trains personnel and support groups prior to deployment in pre-check, case pick, and loose pick areas to minimize errors that cause operational delays.
  • Monitors pending tasks based on initial and final pre-alerts sent by FMC around 4:00 pm and 12:00 noon the following day, prioritizing them in picking, UPC checking, and pre-check activities.
  • Monitors tasks that have not automatically posted goods due to item deficits and coordinates with Inventory Management for immediate resolution.
  • Monitors tasks that have not been interfaced from SAP to WCS and reports deviations to UL-CIT group for immediate action.
  • Reports other discrepancies to Outbound Supervisor for resolution.
  • Coordinates with Planners and Immediate Supervisor for resolutions.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Preferably with relevant experience in Logistics/Warehouse Operations.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP.
  • Knowledgeable in warehouse utilization.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
