Description of Duties

  • Accurate and timely creation of Purchase Orders in SAP based on supply planning outputs (selling stocks, POSM).
  • Arrange and monitor shipments from Principal and LUXASIA Singapore.
  • Update order and shipment details/status through close coordination with other functional departments and regional supply chain team.
  • Monitor and maintain the accuracy of PO quantities in SAP, based on fulfillment of Principal and actual inbound quantities.
  • Trigger pick/pack processes at SG Warehouse and create inbound documentation for the PH Warehouse team upon stock arrival.
  • Responsible for article creation and master data maintenance.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks to support contingency planning.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Work with demand planners to track and analyze actual purchases versus contractual targets per principal.
  • Coordinate with Regulatory Pharmacist to ensure all new launches and innovations are registered with FDA prior to stock ordering and arrival in PH.
  • Provide reports and analysis related to purchases, new launches, claims to principals, inventory, and other supply chain areas.
  • Perform article creation and master data maintenance.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required to support contingency planning.

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business management.
  • 2-3 years of experience in supply chain.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong coordination abilities.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is an advantage.
  • Demand Planning experience is an added advantage.
