This role is responsible for the development and management of the partner network and partnership revenue. In addition, he/she will own and manage selected key accounts.

Partnership Development and Marketing
  1. Achieving business goals and revenue targets and to support Singapore
  2. Develop and manage a regional partner network with luxury, travel, dining, retail, and media partners to enhance access and offering
  3. Negotiate and establish specific partner agreed deliverables, promotions, discounts & special offer or preferential treatment.
  4. Planning, evaluating, and optimizing regional partner workflow to be efficient
  5. Develop custom benefits and experiences to meet the requirements of our concierge services, clients and customers' needs
  6. Ensure partner usage and data collection and procedures
  7. Create and develop lifestyle content guides
  8. Preparing and presenting reports and analyses of partner and marketing operations
  9. Dealing with escalated vendors, customer issues, incident reports
  10. Plan and coordinate content and assets for social media and marketing
  11. Support any other campaigns, events and projects as necessary
Account Management
  1. Own key client accounts, and achieve/exceed Gross Profit target set for the year
  2. Investigate new business opportunities within existing accounts and secure new business in line with country's budget strategies and forecasting.
  3. Conduct regular meetings and business review with key clients based on key account plan - these meetings are to discuss business or operational issues and identify new opportunities to drive portfolio improvement. Leverage these meetings to promote and cross sell new Aspire products & services
  4. Deliver accurate Client Reporting monthly.
  5. Support drive in overall Program Profitability by working in conjunction with both Client and Aspire stakeholders.
Job Profile

Required Work Experience

• Min. 5-7 years of relevant merchant acquisition, marketing, loyalty, account management experience from Cards, Loyalty & Rewards Program, Ad Agency, Travel, Tourism, Hospitality

• Merchant acquisition, partnership experience and good network of partner relationships across dining, retail, travel and other affluent lifestyle categories

• Experiential and event management experience serving the affluent segment

Required Competencies

• Strong partner acquisition and relationship building skills, able to build rapport with partners and clients

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, copywriting a plus

• Ability to understand client's marketing objectives and tailor benefits appropriately

• Commercially astute and able to craft and present compelling value proposition for clients

• Good understanding of affluent trends, benefits & loyalty programs in the cards/luxury sector

• Be able to work independently, take ownership and perform well with little supervision

• Able to attend calls and events on selected evenings and weekends, as necessary

• Proficiency in social media, CRM systems and project management tools

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Management or equivalent

Required Languages

• English (high proficiency in spoken & written), additional native language proficiency is a plus
