Overview

We're hiring a Content Coordinator to join our remote team. This role is essential in managing digital content across client accounts, maintaining structured content vaults, and supporting content workflows through accurate documentation and coordination. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content is tagged, categorized, and ready to drive performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Upload, organize, and tag digital content for optimal access
  • Maintain folder structures, naming conventions, and vault documentation
  • Support script template creation for tone consistency
  • Collaborate on content ideas aligned with current trends and client goals
  • Review content for quality and flag inconsistencies
  • Maintain accurate databases and trackers for team coordination
  • Provide timely updates and task status via internal tools


Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM E.S.T



Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Familiarity with content management systems and tracking tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
