Role Mission
As the
SEO & Content Coordinator
, you will support the marketing team by uploading and formatting approved content in WordPress, applying SEO best practices, and fixing common site issues. You'll make sure content is published accurately, optimised for search engines, and aligned with our brand standards. This role focuses on execution, ensuring that SEO strategies developed by management and external partners are implemented efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload and format approved content into WordPress (blogs, landing pages, product pages).
  • Apply on-page SEO best practices (H1/H2 tags, meta titles, descriptions, alt text, internal linking).
  • Use Yoast SEO and SEMrush to identify and resolve basic issues (e.g., orphan pages, broken links, metadata gaps).
  • Support backlink initiatives, including directory submissions, outreach follow-ups, and maintaining link trackers.
  • Monitor keyword rankings, traffic trends, and SEO health reports, escalating issues when needed.
  • Conduct content quality checks to ensure formatting, links, and layouts function properly across devices and browsers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure SEO recommendations are implemented on time.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles (on-page SEO, metadata, internal linking).
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Yoast SEO, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to follow direction and apply feedback consistently.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with backlink-building tasks or outreach.
  • Familiarity with HTML basics (editing tags, formatting content).
  • Understanding of content optimisation for both SEO and user intent.
  • Knowledge of CRO (conversion rate optimisation) and UX-focused content practices.

Additional Notes:
WFH - with occasional office days for team bonding

Day shift - 9am to 6pm PH
