Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Invoice to Cash (Collections)In this role, we are looking for a B2B Collections Manager, whose objective is to support and guide team leads from an operational, analytical, and tactical standpoint, by handling stakeholder requests, solving their questions, auditing activities, running reports, maintaining files, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities- Manage floor coverage in a team environment to drive performance
- Provide support, instruction, and mentoring to a team of 2-3 front-line managers
- Actively pursue initiatives that aid team members in achieving individual and team KPIs
- Work with the Supervisor to identify and address performance and developmental opportunities
- Foster a collaborative team environment respecting diversity
- Coordinate daily schedules with Supervisor and set mentor activities
- Provide non-critical quality feedback (Call Quality exposure)
- Conduct effective meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Promote and drive performance blitzes & contests
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with peers and partners to optimize client relationships
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer calls
- Help develop agents to be self-sufficient
- Share ideas to improve team performance and morale
- Expertise in B2B Collections Operations and Leadership Management, understanding the complete Order to Cash cycle
- Understanding of dispute management and collaboration with teams
- Experience in B2B collections / OTC
- Proven ability to lead a team of 30+ employees
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize across multiple teams/clients
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actions
- Energy and motivation to drive performance, productivity, and growth
- Great interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and independent worker
- Lean mindset
- Effective presentation and influencing skills
- College graduate, preferably in Commerce
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience in account management and planning, with ability to gain client buy-in
- Experience with LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strategic thinking and results orientation
- Focus on process improvement
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Proficiency in managing multiple systems and priorities
- Strong collaboration and negotiation skills
