Context & Main Purpose of Job

The Distributive Development Group (DDG) New Revenue Streams Specialist will be the lead for total New Revenue Streams program for the General Trade business.

Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas

  • Leads the Mobiling Program
  • Develops, codifies, and standardizes other NRS projects (Events and Party Package)
  • Works and collaborates with the Omni-Trade Marketing team on the channel growth programs and promotions
  • Co-leads with the Digital Commerce team in overseeing and managing the operations of IC Now Partners
  • Effectively analyzes the data (internal and external) and provides data-driven insights and action plans to grow the business.
  • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and can negotiate both strategically and tactically in an agile fast-paced channel.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or any related course.
  • Open to Fresh Graduates but also considers Mid-career candidates with experience in business operations management.
  • Willing to be based in Pasig.
  • Must be agile and self-motivated with an unrelenting growth mindset.
  • Must be flexible, possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be action and detail-oriented.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Network and Influencing skills.
  • Planning and Organization skills.
  • Leadership and Collaboration abilities.
  • Brilliant Execution.
  • Communication and Presentation skills.
  • Social media skills & knowledge in FB group community handling.
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Knowledge in Power BI is an advantage.
