We are seeking a Record Management Specialist to manage, organize, and dispose of records in compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate record retention schedules
- Oversee the entire life cycle of records from creation to destruction
- Collaborate with stakeholders on third-party storage and prepare manifests
- Maintain up-to-date records of files stored in facilities
- Respond to internal and external requests for record information
- Contribute to process improvements and compliance reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Administrative Management or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in records management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PH Time)
- Department: Facilities
- Reporting to: Director, Facilities Management
