Job Overview

We are seeking a Record Management Specialist to manage, organize, and dispose of records in compliance with company policies and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate record retention schedules
  • Oversee the entire life cycle of records from creation to destruction
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on third-party storage and prepare manifests
  • Maintain up-to-date records of files stored in facilities
  • Respond to internal and external requests for record information
  • Contribute to process improvements and compliance reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Administrative Management or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in records management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Work Arrangements
  • Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PH Time)
  • Department: Facilities
  • Reporting to: Director, Facilities Management
