Job Description:

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in daily financial postings.
  • Reporting and Dashboard Management Update and maintain the Power BI Dashboard with the latest financial and operational data. Ensure dashboard visualizations are accurate, relevant, and accessible to stakeholders.
  • Profit & Loss (P&L) Monitoring and Analysis Update required datasets for monthly and quarterly P&L reporting.
  • Reconcile financial reports to ensure P&L accuracy.
  • Prepare P&L reports for review by the General Accounting (GA) team.
  • Conduct detailed P&L analysis to identify variances, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Financial and Efficiency Reporting Prepare and maintain Cost Efficiency Reports, highlighting areas of operational cost optimization.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree of BSBA major in Finance or any related course
  • With 1-2 years' experience as Financial Associate/ Assistant / Analyst
  • Amenable to work in E. Rodriguez, Cubao, QC (4 days onsite; 1 day WFH)
  • Basic user level proficiency in Power BI for dashboard maintenance and data visualisation
  • Experience with multiple ERP systems and accounting software platforms
