Job Description
  • Lead end-to-end supply chain functions: demand planning, procurement, warehouse ops, and last-mile delivery
  • Build reliable forecasting and inventory systems that eliminate stockouts for top SKUs
  • Drive operational KPIs like DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time), inventory health (DSI), and cost-to-sales ratio
  • Manage and optimize 3PLs, warehouse performance, and fulfillment partners
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to align plans, reduce waste, and improve efficiency
  • Champion cost savings initiatives and develop a high-performing operations team
The Successful Applicant
  • 5-8 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain and operations management
  • Proven success in high-SKU count environments and inventory optimization
  • Strong background in warehouse systems, WMS tools, forecasting dashboards
  • Experience managing suppliers, 3PLs, freight partners, and service level agreements
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement mindset
  • Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong leadership chops
