Base pay range$30.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Job Responsibilities- Analyze complex tickets escalated by AI systems, apply human expertise to areas where AI falls short, and improve the AI system accordingly.
- Taking two months to ramp up; you will be expected to learn multiple products within the first month.
- Relying heavily on managers for help; self-unblocking skills are essential.
- Integrate technical expertise and AI capabilities to deliver exceptional customer support, focusing on complex issues beyond AI's current scope.
- At least 4 years of experience in a technical customer support or engineering role.
- Proficiency with generative AI tools, automation workflows, and custom GPTs; research-only experience is insufficient.

Position DetailsThis is a full-time, long-term position (40 hours/week). The role is immediately available, and employment is through an independent contractor agreement with Crossover.
